The hotel was very hard to find. i could see it from a distance, but could not actually find it. Finally, i found a parking garage nearby and asked the security guard. he wordlessly guided me into the garage down the wrong way of a parking aisle and signalled me to park there. I had demonstrated that I am handicapped, but he didn't direct me to the handicapped space right in front of the hotel entrance. Another guard, Francisco, came out of the hotel and helped me. The guy at the front desk was rude, as was the bellman, who told me (an elderly handicapped woman) to 'andale" (hurry up) when I didn't move quickly enough! The room temperature was about 100degrees, and when I complained, He told me to "wait," in a rude tone of voice and just left. it took over 20 minutes for the temperature to be tolerable. The breakfast was average, with "chilaquiles" that were just cold chips and salsa.
