The apartment met my expectations & had no issue within the condo building. I was very disappointed in the pool. It is very small & not heated. It is shaded by near by buildings, gets no sun and very cold. There is also no chairs at the pool discouraging you to spend any time there. The ocean is accessible but the currents are so strong that I was unable to swim. Went to Stone Island to be able to go swimming.
