The owners are the kindest and friendliest people. They really make you feel welcome and at home. I was staying for a wedding and they helped me out with arrangements such as a hair appointment/taxis etc - even giving me and other guests staying for the same event a lift to the venue, which was really appreciated. They had lots of information available about places to eat locally. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had everything we needed in general and to make sure attending the wedding was smooth and stress free! The property itself is lovely. It is a quaint historical building opposite the main church in Mazan, in a beautiful square. It is a peaceful location but also right in the centre of town, with a brilliant bakery just behind it! Inside, the hotel is super clean, has all modern facilities (air conditioning/heating in the room, power shower all worked really well) but they have kept the historical character of the place. It’s super cosy. The room was also much more spacious than it looks in the picture - I had a single room and was expecting it to be cramped but I had plenty of space and storage space. It was really very comfortable and the view from the room was incredibly beautiful, over the town with the mountain in the distance. The communal areas were cosy and comfortable - the indoor lounge and the outdoor patio. There was also a drinks fridge available at any time for cold drinks/water etc in the communal areas, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great - nice variety. Overall it’s a lovely, welcoming and cosy place and the owner’s kindness just made it extra special for me.

We were on a cycling trip to ride up Mount Ventoux. Owners were lovely and looked after us well. We were made very welcome and we would definitely stay again!

The owners are so friendly, chatty and helpful. The building is beautiful and charming. It had everything we needed. Nice breakfast, fab views, good shower, really clean and comfortable. Set in the village centre but very quiet and peaceful.

I did like the area, beautiful surroundings, restaurants and little shops. Liked the hotel however, it needs a bit of TLC. The proprietor ( the lady) is wonderful and very engaging as she speaks few languages.

Location for cycling and views for touring

Simple hotel just as I expected. But the atmosphere highly exceeded my expectations and usual general standards! Great breakfast. The hotel is a mirror of his owners, very nice and helpful couple. I highly recommend it. It is perfect for cyclists. Thank you very much!
