Great time spent (full week) in this hotel - amazing relaxation area with internal and external pool, spacy jacuzzi and saunas, stuff is super welcoming - also cleaning is great. location is very good very close to a ski bus and waling distance to the village center. super comfy beds, good room (we were in a Junior Suite), very good breakfast and bar/restaurant for the evening.

“A really special gem of a hotel with wonderful food, staff and atmosphere.”
The hotel has such a lovely atmosphere. It is spotlessly clean and our room was so spacious and well thought out. We are a family of five and our suite was perfect for us. The hotel is in great location, good proximity to town and the slopes. The staff are exceptional. They are all so friendly, helpful and really go out of their way to make your stay special. Breakfast and dinner is fantastic. The food options are fresh, varied and delicious. The spa area is so beautiful. We loved everything about our stay. 10/10

A very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . The spa facilities and swimming pool were great, the pool also for young children. We took the car for just a few minutes to get to the lift stations in Mayrhofen and Finkeberg.

“Perfect stay, would book again”
Very great hotel, lovely facilities, great food and staff. Loved everything about this stay, I am sad we had to cut our stay short due to personal circumstances but would go back. I love that it wasn’t crowded and that it was close to everything while still having great facilities

“Exceptional + dog friendly + hair tip”
1. Great experience: vary tasty food; clean room; amazing spa area! + no need of conditioner for the hair (the water is rather on the soft side) 2. Great for travelling with dog - there is plenty of space in the outer for walking the dog. 3. The famous hiking trails easily reachable (short drive by car).

Amazing spa area. Fantastic staff and service. Slightly weird glass walled shower with no privacy in a 4 bed suite. But otherwise we had great time and would recommend.
