The location was exceptional, the comfortable ski and snowboard equipment storage + boot drying rack. The facilities of the apartment in general were taken care of.

We were met at the gate by our friendly hose who let us into the building . We were delighted with our apartment - 2 bedrooms with loads of space , a lovely modern shower room and a fully equipped kitchen diner with balcony off . We loved the location with lots of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and the Penken lift literally 100m away with ski hire and lockers for overnight storage . The apartment building also had ski storage and heated boot rack but we used the one at the lift . We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it.

You cannot beat the location with a stick. 3 minute walk to the Penkenbahn gondola (with skis, mind you), bang in the middle of town. Restaurants, pharmacy, and super-market all literally next door. And the famous Harakiri nightclub across the way.

Good location, very clean and friendly owner

Clean and comfortable, excellent location in the centre of Mayrhofen. Friendly host. There are two two-bedroom apartments on the second floor. One faces the front and has spacious bedrooms but smaller kitchen diner (some slight street noise). One faces the rear, is quieter, with smaller bedrooms but more space in the living area. Ice-cream shop just downstairs and shops, bars, restaurants on the doorstep. Huge number of activities in and around Mayrhofen and stunning scenery.

The perfect location, evening strolls down the village, everything within walking distance, super market and restaurants, perfect after a day of skiing. The apartment had all that we need, and had a great view on the mountains. Good parking facility, and last but not least, Great host!

We had an amazing stay in Mayrhofen last week. Stefan the owner of this property was an amazing host and so helpful in every way. Our cosy one bedroom apartment had everything we needed and a fabulous view out over the village of Mayrhofen. I would 100% recommend staying in this property and we look forward to coming back and staying again.

Nice appartment. Location is excellent. 2 minutes walk from the ski lift, next to the bars and restaurants. The appartment is nice, with cooking equipment and everything. The shower is lovely. Rooms are big and clean. If the windows are closed you do not hear the street, which is great. Personal was super helpfull and friendly. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend this appartment
