Amazing location opposite the main Gondola and Main Street but also still nice and peaceful. Modern apartment with really nice decor and bathrooms. The host Martin was excellent throughout the booking and stay. Would highly recommend!

“Ideal location and great apartment”

Immaculate inside and Public Areas. Location is perfect couple minutes from Gondola for Skiing similar time to the bars and Restaurants. At same time balancing this access to amenities with being in quiet location! Finally Martin and the staff were perfect hosts.

The location is perfect, 1 min walk from the Penken lift and all stores and restaurants. The staff and specially Martin, the most welcoming and friendly hospitality, with highest level of professionalism and attention to detail, true hosts with real passion and understanding of turism. The apartment (55m Opal East) is fully equipped sparkling clean, kitchen has all amenities and many extras (Nespresso machine) the beds are super comfy, the shower is amazing, separate toilet. One bedroom can be transformed to a living room. The hotel has a partnership with a ski rental shop on the mountain that gives you 15% plus the biggest advantage of storing your ski equipment up in the mountain without getting back to town with it, game changer. Highly recommended! Highly recommended

Amazing place, great location, clean, a lot of space, well organized

Martin is a great host! The location is great, right near the cable car and close to everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants). The garden is absolutely beatiful during summer, our children were very happy.

Great location near the base of the mountain and a short walk to the gondola, Spar grocery store, shops and restaurants. Martin, the owner spoke fluent English and could not have been more friendly and accommodating. He loves what he does and makes his guests feel comfortable, welcome and at home. He even welcomed us with his home made brandy which was an unexpected treat. Anytime we had a question, he was readily available via What’s App to answer or even take the time to come meet with us personally at reception. We felt like we were staying in a five star hotel, only better. We shared several friendly chats and we felt like friends at the end of our four night stay. We would return in a heartbeat!

The location is perfect for Mayrhofen and the wider zillertal area. You are right in the centre of Mayrhofen, less than 2 minutes slow walk to the Penkenbahn lift and bus stop for going to places like the Hintertux glacier. The zillertal train is about 10 mins walk away. The apartment was clean and tidy and felt modern without losing any of the charm you want in an Alps retreat. The apartment is maintained to a high standard. Nothing in the apartment appeared damaged or tired. You couldn't ask for better hosts. Martin was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. They couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as good as it could be. The apartment gardens were beautiful, and our children enjoyed playing in them with other kids staying there too. Despite being near the centre of town, the gardens feel quiet and secluded. We were genuinely sad to leave. It was one of our best family holidays to date, and we would highly recommend Apart Central to anyone looking to visit the area.

“Nice stay!”

Very spacious n clean. I like the private sauna in the house as I can relax a lot after skiing and driving. Kids like the playground outside the house. The location is super convenient as you can go up to Penken in 2 mins walk. Shopping and dining also in 5-10 mins walk. Martín is very helpful and respond fast to our needs.

We were the for Altitude Comedy Festival and did not ski nor did we go snowboarding. But if you would this was perfect, right next to the Penken lift. Als next to the centre part of the village. Though quit during the day and at night. We were very happy with the friendly host Martin. Always ready to help you.

Martin (Owner) was extremely nice and helpful with all the relevant information and he made us feel really welcome. The apartment is fully stocked and very clean - looks new. The hotel has a very nice ski room. (we didn't use since we rented the equipment on site).

Host is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Location couldn’t be closer to the main lift into the Mountain which of course is fantastic.
