Clean rooms. All the facilities we expected were available. Very friendly and polite landlords. There are several different type of rooms. Everybody in our group could select one, depending on their different expectations.

“Dream holiday apartment.”
The room was very clean, newly renovated, and had its own infrared sauna. The beds were very confortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Although the house was close to center and various ski centers in the area, it was very peaceful and silent. The overall decoration was cosy. Our Landlord Andrea was a very friendly, helpful and positive person. Zillertal area is a huge resort where your skipass is valid on every other mountain. Pists are great. It was a dream holiday for us as a big group.

Although the house was close to center and various ski centers in the area, it was very peaceful and silent. The overall decoration was cosy. Our Landlord Andrea was a very friendly, helpful and positive person. Zillertal area is a huge resort where your skipass is valid on every other mountain. Pists are great. It was a dream holiday for us as a big group.

“Zillertal - the best place for holidays, Alpinshlossl appartments don't recommend”
We came with a bunch of 6 ppl and two 3yrs old kids. We had few not very nice incidences with an owner at the beginning but I thought well I came such a long way with my family therefore decided just to enjoy my stay and forget about that. Unfortunately on our last day when we all came from skiing we had a very unpleasure incidence with an owner. She approached my cousin and started shouting at her I am not sure if it is a correct citation however it was something like that " such a "muddle" came here, you were so noisy all the time (I have to mention that me myself and my cousin have a 3 yrs old son - kids like to play - also I have to mention that most of the day we were outdoors having fun skiing ), I hope all your apartments by the time you leave will be cleaned and trush bins will be empty! eeeee are we a cleaning lady? I don't think so ..... I hope nothing is broken otherwise YOU WILL PAY FOR IT!!!! eeee no , even if something like that happens it is calculated in price! For the money we payed that lady she should do everything and anything for us to enjoy that stay not other way round That incidence changed my attitude towards Alpinshlosl apartments completely. Another thing. Booking.com states that animals are welcome unfortunately NOT! She made a not very nice comment "several times" that we came with our dog. Families with kids are wolcome? after that stay ? Doubt it! I have to say very unprofessional Therefore 100% do not recommend that place especially because those people attitude towards clients
