“The WORST travel experience we have ever had!!”

This was one of the WORST travel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked this property believing it was located in Mayrhofen, as advertised. In reality, it is in Hippach – a completely different town several kilometers away. This misleading information ruined our plans, as we booked this stay for a ski camp in Mayrhofen and my daughter missed the first day because of this. But the location was only the beginning. We arrived at 9 PM and found the reception closed, with no instructions. After a long wait and stress, we were placed in a room in the attic, which was unbearably hot, had a horrible smell, no air conditioning, and an elevator that stopped on the third floor. We had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs ourselves. The room was completely unfit for staying, especially with children. The building felt old, poorly maintained, and nowhere near a 4-star hotel as advertised. The next morning, the staff gave no clear information about whether leaving the property would result in losing our money. The lady at the reception ( a blonde lady , very arrogant; didn't get her name) led us to believe that if we contacted Booking.com, the situation would be resolved fairly. That turned out to be completely FALSE! In the end, the hotel refused any refund, keeping the full amount of €637 — for a stay we didn’t even complete ( we stayed there only one night ) — while we had to pay again for another hotel on our own! This is abuse!! This is not hospitality. This is deception, abuse, and a complete lack of integrity. I strongly urge others to stay away from this property unless you are comfortable being misled, ignored, and taken advantage of.

Amazing location near to the lifts. Very friendly staff, especially Czech girls at the breakfast. We had a halfboard and the dinner was very delicious (starter, main food and desert). I would say it was the best food we ever had at the hotel. Breakfast was also very tasty. Wellness area is perfect. We had a panorama room which was modern, new and clean with amazing view from the bed. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much and we will definetely come back.

the bed was quite good, the room had a lot of storage space, the saunas and the pool area were good, the breakfast was good, the dinner was generally tasty. The staff was friendly and approachable, thank you!

We had "halbpension" (breakfast and dinner). We had perfect quality breakfast, but the cook made so delicious food for dinner, especially soups, and main dish. What I can recommend, the food and the cook recipies are so much more than expected. Another great thing was staff (receptionist, waitress at restaurant were fast, very warm, and extrememly helpful. thank to them, our stay was also very pleasant. Hotel has own bar, so you can easily get something fresh apresski drink. Hotel has own spa, and pool, it´s very welcoming after skiing.

I didnt like here and dont recommend if you want to have a rest. I dont know why here are SPA if you cant have a rest/relax. 1) we arrived at night, from 2 am (night) starts loud music, we were very tired after flight, we hadnt any rest/sleep. Same night was another - loud music, cant sleep. No one cares (reception doesnt work at night, so it wont help you). We had 2 night parties. When parties over (I think party people left hotel) after 2 quiet night, starts others night parties in other rooms. I told that to reception they only offered to pay hotel fees - 22 eur when you leave. No any compensation for 3 night parties from 5 night stay. 2) weak breakfast: Only 2 dishes every morning (eggs and sousages). Weak choose. No any food For childrens like pancakes and etc.
