“Very good option when staying in the city centre of Mayaguez”
The hotel is nicely located in the middle of the city and free parking is provided nearby. Personel was extremely friendly and always ready to help. I had to leave a day early and a refund of the last night was not a problem.

AC in the room was very noisy, so it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was very poor, there was not even a fruit, and only packed cereals were available. Fire alarm in the room was going off randomly for 2 nights and was extremely loud.

“UnfortunatelyI will not go back until the air conditioning situation is resolved.”
The room was very nice, but not comfortablesince it had new air conditioning and no controls. The room was very cold and even though someone came to assist, the result was not acceptable, since it continued very cold and was in a mode which went on and off and did not let me sleep.

“Very comfortable, clean and cheap. Very good for the price!”
For my taste, the breakfast was great. Better than the typical continental breakfast offered everywhere. It was included in the room price which was great for me. For business trips is excellent.

“Good area needs upgrade and real food and fruit”
I didn’t care for the breakfast. The coffee machine is terrible the coffee taste artificial and it’s all bad quality ingredients. Frozen potatoes eggs premade . Need to up your game on the food department. When I booked my hotel the food display with fresh fruit and a beautiful display of different eats.

“Over-rated 3*, bad experience for the money old hotel”
The exterior design, the fact that it is an old building and it was supposed to maintain the old style. Bathroom looks new. I could easily sleep in there better.

“High cost and discomfortable room”
we paid 300 dollar for one day and 1.5 night. We got a room not much clean and not felt comfortabel.
