“A good hotel if in Mayaguez”
Almost everything was OK: quiet area despite being close to a highway, pleasant clean hotel, large and well designed room, excellent bathroom, good breakfast; the staff was exceptionally helpful, answering to all my questions and fullfilling all my requests.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Spacious, well-soundproofed rooms. Wonderful a la carte breakfasts with excellent waiter service. Excellent location with ample parking. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I was mistreated by staff. I was given a King with a sofa bed when I requested two double queens as I was staying with my 80 year old mother and my 12 year old daughter. I was calm requesting what I paid for but two very large men cornered me as I was establishing my point. Definitely felt like profiling. I have stayed at that location over 5 times since I am born and raised in PR although I have lived on and off the island. Security guard Jan was overtly and unnecessarily aggressive to the point where I even reported the unfortunate incident to headquarters right away.
