“Get Right Away From Everything”

A perfect place to get away from everything. Great accomodation. The outside shower is a delight. You feel you are alone in the bush with just the sounds of animals at night. Adrian is a great host. Despite the recent rainstorms and the fact that the game parks were closed as a result, he worked hard to find us some great experiences.

This is a tranquil, secluded location, with basic spacious simple private accommodation, which appeal to people who wish to be close to nature. There are beautiful trees, good bird watching and a deck with view over savannah. A central social central hub provides covered alfresco dining, some books and divans. Breakfast and dinner were good. We cooled off in the lovely small swimming pool. Adrian was very helpful in organising trips, providing books on local flora and fauna.

The owner (Adi) was very involved and friendly. The facilities were clean and authentic. The food options were good at the restaurant and the communal areas were inviting with good ambiance.

We were in the bush. No neighbours in sight. Our accommodation was a huge chalet open to the elements. It was an experience to be directly in contact with nature. Waking with the birds and the sun in our eyes! Glorious. The pool was a dream. The food was delicious. The staff helpful and communicative. I just enjoyed the serenity and slow pace of my days there.

The location is far out from the centre of Maun and you'd need a 4x4 to get there. But it is so lovely and quiet at the location with fantastic bedrooms. We stayed in two types of rooms on separate occasions. Really lovely. We would definitely stay here again. The owner and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

“Great place to stay in Maun and relax”

We spent one night at The Tshilli Farm & Lodge, staying in the cabins. They were very spacious, clean, and had a large bathroom. Just a short walk away there is the common area, where you can have a meal or a drink. There’s also a swimming pool and a viewpoint. The place itself is truly beautiful. The farm is dedicated to growing chilies in a sustainable way, supporting local sustainable agriculture. Totally recommended!

It is seldom when you WISH to write something about the hotel, but this is the CASE! When you drive 20 km from Maun on a sandy road, you start thinking about what to expect.... Arriving at Tshilli you understand imidiately, that this is the place you want to stay and regret, that it's just 2 nights. You simply do not want to leave. And it's not only because of services, which are on excellent level, but it's in every tiny detail - either at the lodges, of at the restaurant area, or at the farm, pool or even at the toilet. Remommend to stay as long as you can (1 night is definitely not enough)!

We loved this place! Adi and his staff are super welcoming, he is a great storyteller and produces delicious sauces with ingredients from hos own farm and nearby. They arranged us a Mokoro Trip within a few minutes for the next day, quite far but extraordinary and an absolute reasonable price. The food was very tasty as well (I mean they have their own pizza oven in the middle of the bush). Wish we could have stayed longer to fully calm down there - because this is what this place is perfectly made for! When in Bots, we'll definitely come back :)

“Chilled out relax....”

Really calm and serene place with a very chilled out vibe. Perfect for a day or two of doing very little but relaxing. Great pool area with comfy shaded seating. Lovely viewing deck. The pizzas are amazing and food was generally great.

The lodge was well run and tastefully decorated. The stay was very relaxing and the food was wonderful.

I traveled alone in early December and spent three nights at Tshilli Farm. At the end of my three-week safari trip, I was looking for a place to relax and reflect on my experiences. After an action-packed and exciting safari, I was initially skeptical, but Tshilli Farm turned out to be a real gem and I managed to completely unwind. They have everything you need, and the food is amazing. Even during this time of year, there was still bird wildlife to enjoy. If you have two nights to spare, I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, great food, amazing atmosphere, attentive host, refreshing pool, comfortable room with nice outside shower. Would highly recommend for people wanting to relax just outside Maun

It was a short trip from Maun, but it felt like I was miles away. The tranquility of the farm was incredible and the farm fresh food was so delicious. Adi is a fantastic host with wonderful stories and insightful information about the Delta.
