This place could have easily earned a 9-star rating, but why did it offer free breakfast when I booked, which wasn't actually provided, and it seems like it hasn't been like this for a long time? This is very disappointing. Why don't you change the information on your website? Knowing you don't offer breakfast, I should have chosen another hotel.

“Basic hotel, passable for one night, in desperate need of renovation.”
The room was a good size and was adequate for the two of us. The shower worked well and there were plenty of electrical sockets to charge electronics.

deck clerks attitudes When entering lobby with my luggage the young male at the front desk greeted me with "what can I do for you" not in a welcoming friendly way, but, as if I was bothering him, this attitude did at no time change during the check in process. Filth in the bath tub did not add to a pleasant stay.

Security was a concern on this trip. The door did not lock properly. There was also black mold in the washroom.

I really don't appreciate that you charged me for a pet fee when my pet is a service dog and then you double book me and then when you have to pay me back you banish me from the property so no I'm not allowed to rent there no more because you owe me money I feel that is very biased and for that I wouldn't rent from you again anyway.

You know I don't like the fact that when you double book on the same day they don't want to refund you or they say they're going to refund you and they've already started the process 7 to 10 business days later I've been here almost 3 weeks and I had to call my bank today and they haven't even started a refund process I don't really like that so now I'm out almost $300 because they haven't started a refund process but they want my money immediately

“Very poor”
Nothing, I was trying to get some sleep and the room next to me had their TV loud and then the room behind me was taking showers. I checked in and my toilet was broken so I had to stick my hand in the tank to flush the toilet. I checked out of my room an hour after I checked In.
