Comfortable stay next to the train station of Maubeuge. Rooms are clean, silent, and cozy. Bathroom is very practical.

The service, from the receptionists to the cleaners. Very helpful, right in front of the train station which is what was needed! Bed was very spacious. Also very quiet.

The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. The rooms was large and the bed was very comfortable. The window opened, which enabled good air flow. The parking was free and secure.

Apart from the location, I really can’t say anything positive about this hotel. At check-in, the receptionist (dark hair, glasses) was abrupt and unprofessional. She pulled faces, acted annoyed, and even made a sarcastic comment because we don’t speak French. Honestly, what kind of receptionist doesn’t speak basic English in a hotel? Completely unacceptable attitude — rude and disrespectful. As if that wasn’t enough, the room was freezing cold — like sleeping in an igloo. The heating didn’t work, and to top it off, the duvets weren’t even covered with proper bedding. The covers were just thrown on the bed, and we had to put them on ourselves — they smelled absolutely disgusting, like old socks. We’ve ridden through 8 countries on motorcycles over the past week and stayed in 8 different hotels — nowhere have we experienced something as awful as this. Definitely not recommended.

Very Pleasant and helpful staff, easy to find and good options for parking. Several choices of places to eat close by.

A budget corporate style hotel. Basic room, but functional and comfortable. A stylish hotel lobby with good seating and facility. In the center of the town, right to the train station. Lots of cafe... nearby. Amazingly good shower.
