The hotel is in a quiet area and is about a 15 mins walk to Matsuyama ropeway which takes you to the castle. The staff were very friendly and courteous and the room was clean and a good size. The breakfast had a good selection of food.

“Great value and amenities!”
The breakfast is amazing! The bath is small, but very nice. I liked that I could watch Netflix on my room's TV. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Okaido.

“Another win from the Route Inn franchise.”
Excellent location - the hotel is located just beside Katsuyama-cho tram station with several convenience stores located nearby. The room given to us was well-kept, and the in-house onsen was perfect as well. Bonus points for the incredible patience the staff displayed while helping me arrange for luggage forwarding.

“Great comfortable hotel”
Great location, only a short walk from the tram stop. Room was clean and very comfortable. Facilities were great! I would use this hotel and chain again.
