Breakfast was good, bathroom had secure handle, you could forward your suitcase (luggage) and the workers could speak English. Room was good size and they had one tv canal in English (pity it was CNN).

“Prime Location with Impeccable Service!”
Excellent location within walking distance to Matsuyama Castle and a short tram ride to the Dōgo Onsen Houses. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The reception staff and concierge communicate via headsets, so when I requested a taxi at reception, the concierge had already arranged it by the time we reached the entrance - like VIP treatment, wow!

“Perfectly located in the city for exploring Matsuyama”
The hotel is perfectly located at the Okaido arcade with a lot of Shops and Restaurants around. The tram station is very close to the hotel and you can easy reach the different places to visit. The Matsuyama castle can even be reached by a foot walk. At booking.com i only was able to Reserve a Smoking room, but thanks to the staff at the reception , i could change to a non-smoking room 😀.

“The view and the location are perfect”

The location was good, close to a tram station, but the room had old furniture and aged wallpaper with stains, giving it an outdated look. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was okay.
