The rooms were lovely. Our host was wonderful. We had the whole place to ourselves and the place was extremely stylish and relaxing.

“a library-like guesthouse with great views in Mastsukawa village”
It is close to the train station. The rooms are comfortable atmosphere, with great views from the balcony. From the beautifully managed garden, you can see the Northern Alps. A lounge is a café space. It looks like a library with so many interesting books, and you can read it freely or buy them. The breakfast is made from organic vegetables is excellent. The bathroom and shower room are clean, too.

“Perfect stay! Would stay again!”
What a great place to stay! We stayed in the Moon room, large room with very comfortable bed and a lovely deck outside to sit and enjoy the mountain sounds. The shared bathroom was really nice and comfortable too. I was slightly worried about sharing a bathroom but it was totally fine. It’s large, modern and there’s lots of amenities.

Super nice and welcoming host. Very cozy place! Close to the local train station. Breakfast was a nice a nice touch. We enjoyed the place and local village.

“Definitely one of the nicest places I have stayed and just for one night.”
fantastic place to stay for anyone making there way to hakuba and want to stay somewhere within an easy, leisurely drive to the resort having made their way from Tokyo or another ski resort, this is the perfect place to place yourself and enjoy a delicious breakfast before continuing on to Hakuba and the main resorts.
