“I would like to come back with my friends.”
The location is great, and the apartment is clean. You have everything you need. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the second bedroom because it’s not part of the apartment, and our kids were afraid to sleep separately. Luckily, there was enough space in one room for all four of us 🙂 Two apartments share the same hall, which is great if you’re traveling with friends staying in the other apartment. If not, it can be a bit tricky since the bedrooms are separated.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and super clean. The Host, Alexandra was extremely kind and helpful. And the view from the house is beyond breathtaking🏔🤩

“Beautiful view of Matrei and surrounding mountains”
A beautiful view from the window and a cosy balcony of the whole Matrei and the surrounding mountains with the Goldried Berbahn. Helpful and kind hosts. Well equipped kitchen and TV in kitchen and two bedrooms. The toilet in the room across the corridor is hidden in a wardrobe which makes a unique experience of your holidays. You are also drawn into the cycle of farm work. In the large field in front of the house where your apartment is located, a tractor is either mowing the grass or spreading manure. The accompanying smell has something beautiful in it anyway.

Friendly & very kind staff. I was greeted with one of the family members. The owner wasn’t around during my stay. She was very helpful. Communication was easy cause i only know how to speak using English. All facilities provided are functional. Quiet area. Beautiful view from the balcony. I love it here 🥰

Great location, 5 minutes (by car) to ski lift, 25 minutes to Lienz. Great view from apartment, has everything you need for pleasant stay. Recommended.
