It's an amazing location with incredible views right from the room and terrace. Recommended to walk down (or up) there from Serra Malagueta. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, he can help you with public transport organisation. The house itself is very cozy and the terrace is a great place to chill or rest after a hike. Definitely a must stay if traveling through Santiago.

“Amazing”

Iolanda and Johannes are kind and welcoming hosts who make you feel at ease from the very first contact. They run a restaurant just a few minutes from home — Sabor — where the food is absolutely to die for. They have a lovely daughter, Amy, and Iolanda’s mother, Mrs. Marcolina, is a true force of nature. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and the views are beyond words . the photos don’t do it justice. The area is perfect for those who enjoy hiking or simply taking in the surrounding nature. The locals are friendly; everyone greets you, and with some, you can even have a nice little chat. The children are absolutely adorable and offer real life lessons. Lastly, a special thanks to Iolanda’s cousin, Simone, who made me feel part of the community and helped me discover a bit more about the locals everyday life. Thank you, and I wish you all the success in the world 🙏

Incredible location, unique experience. Johannes and Yolanda are excellent hosts, and do everything to make you feel at home. Won't be forgetting this place anytime soon.

“Great place and host.”

The property, the decor and everything else about it. It's very private even though you have neighbors who were very welcoming, BTW. The neighbor offered us mangoes and even eggs from her chicken. People from Santiago are very warm and welcome people; this is all over Santiago. Yolanda cooks very nice meals at her restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
