“Brilliant”
Very clean, modern and had everything available for an enjoyable stay. Communication was very good and the owner greeted us upon our arrival making us very welcome. The property is very well placed to explore the Normandy beaches and historic places such as Caen and Bayeux. The property is also situated on the outskirts of a lovely quiet village in open countryside and is literally less than a 10 minute drive to Douvres la Delivrande, the nearest large town for anything desired. I also liked the private garden where we spent a day just lounging around in the available recliners. A very relaxing easy environment. There's a high quality standard and fittings to this property. The bed was very comfortable. The windows come with external electric roller blinds to keep the sun heat out whilst also providing a pitch dark environment for a restful sleep. We both loved it and I've never given a 10 rating on booking.com. I'm not surprised there's no availability for the next 2 months. I loved it so much I'd like to buy it. 😍

“A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.”
The property was excellent, clean, very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed being able to sit on the patio overlooking the garden. It is on the edge of the village but only a short stroll to the excellent bakery. Close to Caen and the beaches it is a good base to explore all the interesting places in the area. The property has plenty of storage , a great shower and very comfortable bed. Tatiana was very welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed meeting her.

“We can't wait to go back”
The hosts were lovely, and welcoming. We had interesting conversations in English, but sometimes I practiced my Frence with Tatiana. The house could not be better. Netflix available on the television if you are a subscriber. 30 minutes to the ferry port so made for an easy early morning start for home. Beautiful garden to sit in. We visited some D day museums but will go back here to do more, look at historic Caen and the Bayeux Tapestry. Beaches were close. We had a private gated parking space, best approached by going past the house 100m, and turning round. All the photos on the website were a truthful representation of what you get so I have only added the view of the garden from the house and the terrace

“Excellent stay”
The house was very clean and very quiet. The wider area is excellent for Normandy daytrips.
