We had an amazing stay at this villa in Sri Lanka! As a group of five, we really appreciated how spacious and comfortable everything was. The private pool was definitely the highlight—beautiful and perfect for relaxing in total privacy. A special thanks to Sangeeth and Lasindu who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to sort out any issues. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. ⭐️ Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with friends or family!

We absolutely loved our host LASINDU. He welcomed us into the villa with open arms. He organised a power adapter as ours was the wrong type. LASINDU helped us with a tuk tuk to money changers. He organised a tuk tuk to take us to the train station. The room was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and was sad to leave. If we could have taken LASINDU in our suitcase we would have taken him home with us to Australia. What a lovely young man. A credit to the villas. The most accommodating young man we have met in all of Sri Lanka. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This place was quite a treat, and you won’t find it interesting until you visit. We were welcomed and treated really well from check-in to check-out. The owner was very polite and arranged everything smoothly according to our requirements. We had nothing to complain about and only had to enjoy our stay. The food was really tasty, and they have a varied menu with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were very spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. The best thing about this place is the high level of calm and privacy offered.

Overall I think the villa had many good features- nice architecture, lovely pool, good common areas and aircon, but the hosting, cleanliness and general vigour of the hosting needs quite a lot of work and is a marked contrast to other places we have stayed.

The villa was large and comfortable. The location is good, close to the beach. There are many different places to eat on the beach.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Lasindu looked after us very well. The breakfast was also very good. The location is very peaceful with easy access to nearby restaurants.

We had an excellent stay, the facilities were good and staff were so helpful. It was only a short walk down to the beach too.

I like how this villa is situated and since we stayed in the family room we felt like we had more privacy . though initially I was skeptical about the staircase it was fun for my parents as well . just make sure you mentioned there are ladder stairs that lead to the bedroom . The care taking boy was super friendly and decent and we like the fact he was doing a part time job while studying at the university .

This villa is amazing! It was a lot bigger than we expected, everyone had their own room and space and we just loved the whole place. There's a newly opened hotel/restaurant just outside the door where you can have lunch or dinner and the villa also offers delicious meals, you just have to let them know by the end of the previous day so they can prepare it for tomorrow. We had a great time, pool was amazing, butlers were there for us for all and any questions we had. Beach is just 200m away and there are a few large stores just a few minutes away by tuktuk. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, but we hardly used it since we were sightseeing most days and would come back in the afternoon and chill in the pool or in the living room so it didn't matter to us. Also, there are a lot of bugs, but that is to be expected in such area. Just keep the doors closed at all times and you're good. AC is great so no need to worry about the heat. Overall, great stay, would definitely come back :)

My saty at the property with my family was amazing from the beginning to the end. The manager called and followed up every detail before and during the arrival. The cleanliness of the property is a 05 star ❤️ pool was neat and clean as well. All the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area is so tidy. This is a great property for a group of more than 9. The only problems we faced was that the kitchen stinks a lot and that one room has two small beds but on booking it says 2 double beds.

Our stay at this villa was incredible and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by luxury and comfort. The villa is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. A huge thank you to the butlers, Harith and Ishan. They were amazing, always ready to help and made us feel right at home with their attentive service. The villa's location is fantastic, set close to everything we needed. The sunsets at the beach are stunning and very relaxing. Perfect place for a vacation, we would love to come back! Highly recommend it!
