An excellent house with all the necessary amenities. The house has two separate rooms, each equipped with an air conditioner. Additionally, there are two fans available if you need them in the middle room or the kitchen. The house is very basic, but for this price, you get air conditioners and excellent hot water. And with such a wonderful owner, the experience is incredibly pleasant. Around 15-20min by foot from Polhena beach.

Very nice place to stay short or long term. I will rent it 1 month. The price is absolutly best for a hole house and the owner is just an very nice and correctly person. He speak english very well and take care about all your questions and wishes. In the kitchen is all you need to cook for yourself, what I really enjoy after long traveling. The sleeping rooms have both an aircon, but most of the time for me the van is fine. Nearby there are 2 shops and to Polhena Beach you can walk in only 25 min. With the tuk tuk to Matara only 10 min. All together a very good place to stay. For sure I will come back again and again and again 😃💗

Yes, you're not wrong, you can rent an entire house for just around ₹2000 per night in a quiet residential area!👌😃 You got your own nice bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with sofas and a bedroom with a queen size bed!👍🤯 Actually, I only wanted to stay a few nights, but then kept extending my stay again and again, just too good a bargain to leave. Really nice host on top of that!
