Restaurant staff were great - especially Dil. Pool and gardens are lovely. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Nice gift shop at the front, and spa. They organised two tours for us and both were fantastic and well priced. Room is a good size, as is the bathroom. View from the restaurant is gorgeous, saw sea turtles at breakfast.

I have stayed in Beach Inns three times already, and I will choose this place again - I love the location, closeness to the beach (where there's reef-free area, so one can safely swim), and comfortable rooms. They provide good breakfast with fresh fruit, toasts, eggs cooked on request and some local foods. I liked it. Overall hosts are great and very supportive! I had to prolong my stay due to closure in Dubai airport in March 2026 - and I was able to keep my room till I could leave.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy, which made the stay very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the staff — they were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks to them, the atmosphere in the hotel was really welcoming. The breakfast was quite good, but in my opinion it was missing a bit of something savory, such as ham or sausages. Overall, I had a very good impression. I highly recommend this hotel!

A hidden gem for families, exceptional service and beautiful views! We had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is owned by a lovely Sri Lankan-Scottish family. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even arranging our local activities and a shuttle to Colombo. The food and cocktails were fantastic, and the entire staff is wonderful and caring, making us feel looked after at every moment. Fiona even went the extra mile to save us "cold-blooded" Icelanders; being from Iceland, we weren't quite used to sleeping with only thin sheets, so she managed to find us proper blankets to keep us cozy! The rooms are spacious, clean, and newly renovated with very comfortable beds. The property is uniquely spread across three buildings: • Main Building: Right by the sea, where breakfast is served and the sea-view rooms are located. • Second Building: Features apartments, the spa, and a swimming pool. • Third Building (where we stayed): Just a one-minute walk from the main building, offering great rooms and its own pool. The setup is perfect, with two private beaches and large, clean swimming pools. A major highlight was finding turtles swimming very close by that we could feed with seagrass! While we visited Mirissa for the waves, we much preferred our hotel’s beach as it was much calmer and had fewer people. This hotel is a true gem and perfect for families. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back for sure!

“A wonderful property offering all the facilities in a peaceful area”

The part of the facility, which has 3 buildings in the area, that is on the back street. You have access to all the facilities, 2 pools, a restaurant area and a private beach area with sun loungers and a cafe. The room was very clean and spacious, the air conditioning worked very well. They also helped us rent a scooter at a reasonable price and we were pleased with this service. The breakfast was not very high-level but it was quite sufficient. We had no complaints about the internet either. Stay at this beautiful hotel in a quiet area, away from the chaos of other towns but still a short drive from beautiful beaches.

It is the perfect place for staying on the coast. Rooms are big and clean, restaurants has nice menu and kitchen is open and very clean what is very important on Sri Lanka. There is an amazing small wild beach from one side and beach with bar and sun loungers on the other. The staff is very attentive and helpful, very kind and can satisfy all your needs. By the way we forgot a box with all our credit cards and some documents in the room while check out and the manager of the holes kindly informed us about it and sent it to our home by DHL! 🫶Everything is really perfect there. There is a beach with turtles just 2-3 min, very popular restaurant and club, and just 15 min by Tuk-tuk to Mirissa. There is very nice and clean SPA, you also can rent a bike or a scooter in the hotel for reasonable price. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. Highly recommend to stay here! Really amazing resort
