Unfriendly staff

“Good”

good big complex. the room itself was a bit small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). but it was ok. there was a lot of food to choose from. friendly staff. cold water in the pool

A wonderful stay!! We felt at ease from the moment we arrived . The staff warm welcome made a big difference, so friendly and always sharing a smile. The hotel has a friendly vibe that makes you feel like a valued guest, not just another visitor. Alex at the reception desk was so nice, very efficient and always motivated to help, he consistently made sure we were comfortable.   Everything about our stay at the resort was very positive: The layout and design of the resort is very nice, it is located on a large plot of land with well-kept gardens that house large buildings and individual bungalows in such a lovely setting. A lovely flower-lined driveway provides a clear and easy path from the main entrance to the private white sand beach, lighting at nigh creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere; the food was excellent, the cook(s) ensured that our pallet needs were met, great variety and selection, each day was a different themed;  the room was large enough, clean and comfortable, with a lovely terrace overviewing the sea. Excellent vacation.

Great pools, an excellent location, a wide variety of delicious food and drinks, and friendly, hardworking staff. Hiring cars is highly recommended.

Gently staff

The hotel is definitely very comfortable for families with kids. There are plenty of kids club activities and children pools and kids are never bored here. The restaurant also serves various dishes suitable for all kinds of taste. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everyone was extremely nice, food was absolutely delicious, drinks in all inclusive also very good. Pools were very clean, beach was 3 minutes walking distance from rooms in the end of hotel area. Evening shows and day time activities also super good. Room was clean, we were having afternoon nap and couldn’t really hear noise from outside (our room was close to swimming pool). Everyone was very helpful. Minimarket was well equipped. In general both adults and our 8 year old girl were very satisfied about staying!

“Very pleasant holiday with beautiful seashore”

We have been in the hotel for the second time and since 2021 the hotel levelled up in quality. We had a very nice room with a sea view in the last level of B buliding and we were very satisfied with that. The food, cleanness and very helpful staff not only at a reception desk satisfied us. The beach is nice and sandy, meals delicious and the variety of the meal offer is pleasant. We really liked our second stay in Smy Beach and Splash and are seriously considering to plan our next stay there. Thanks to all staff members including room maids for their work and what we really apreciated is a down-beach bar and grill. Thank you for perfect stay and holiday and we are looking for our next stay. :-)

“Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return”

A few members of the staff truly stood out and made an effort to improve our stay. Amanda and Daniela from the kitchen were always kind and helpful. At the reception, Vagia helped us rent a car, and Dimitri assisted in fixing a door issue in our room—both were professional and responsive. The animation team, Emma and Enea, also did a great job creating a positive atmosphere with activities and entertainment. Their energy and friendliness were a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.

We booked a room with sea view and the view was lovely especially at sunset. The staff are very friendly and helpful and seem to love what they do. The food was great and there was always something for everyone. It was nice to see Greek dishes everyday in the buffet. For those who love to swim, the sea to the right of the hotel is nicer to swim in.

So It's not for couples sure. Everyone can find sth that they'll like. There are enough options in the restaurant. But they are not delicious. So there is no special thing about it. It's not like hotel, it's looking like more camp for children and old people. We had reservation for one week. But we left after 1 night to Bodrum.
