“RELAXING, the most hospitable country I have ever visited.”

My partner and I have just returned from a one week stay at Kenny's Estate. kenny the owner, such a lovely man who went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even cooking us a chicken dinner in a huge casserole dish filled with rice, vegetable, chips and bread, which he then delivered to the door cooked to perfection, and still hot! All the staff involved with our stay, including Helios car hire company situated in the village were all exceptional, everyone went out of there way for us above and beyond anything I have ever experienced anywhere. We gave them a couple of issues during our stay, locking ourselves out of the villa was one, but nothing was too much trouble for these cheerful guys. The villa inside and out is beautiful, very spacious, relaxing and only a ten minute walk to Mastichari village where there is a lovely beach, there is also a 5 minute walk down to another beach near to the villa. The villa is surrounded by beautiful views of the sea and mountains, and very peaceful sitting out on the patio area on an evening watching the sun go down. The villa also felt like home from home with every kitchen gadget to utensil needed for your stay. The lovely, traditional stone bathroom has a fabulous power shower, with plenty of towels available to you. The landcsaped garden area is filled with beautiful, colourful flowered pots tended to by Kenny, which attracts a lovely white butterfly. It's an amazing villa, all photographs are true to the website, but best of all was the hospitality from everyone that made my trip, as one of the most remarkable thing about Greece is its people!

“Just perfect :-)”

For us, it was a dream home during our stay on Kos. Located outside of the village, in the middle of the fields, we had a great view at day, and it was absolutely quiet at night. It had everything we needed, and everything worked well. The highlights were the pool, and the super-friendly host.

Special house in a special position. Very quite with sea view. The best beaches are at max 20 minutes. The owner is special good man and he is very present for every our needs. The pool is very nice.

“Fouse fab location and fab host 😀”

A fabulous holiday for the family, it is a wonderful place to stay. We all really enjoyed it. Mastichari is a great spot for families, with some lovely resturants and bars. The house was just what we wanted. The pool area and loungers were fabulous, big hit with the family. Kitchen well equiped. The host Kenny was amazing, brought fresh fruit, veg and eggs and a wonderful greek meal during our stay.

A true host. We enjoyed a family holiday for 2 weeks at Kenny's. The villa has everything you need including a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, twin room, double room, bathroom with shower and bath. The pool is a great facility, the garden has space for the family to chill out and play. There is a beach a few minutes walk away and the views from the villa are beautiful. Central to the island with access to the main route, from the airport into Kos Town via all the favourite beaches and towns and villages. Having a car was an added bonus, we explored so many parts of the island. Kenny left fresh fruit and vegetables for us which was a lovely touch. We didn't want to leave as we could have done so much more. We'll be back. Thanks Kenny 🙂

“Work in progress and too expensive”

The bed was comfortable and the lounge was large. The host - Kenny tried to be kind and bought us a bottle of red and white wine and coals for the barbecue.

“Summer Stay at Kennys”

The house has a wonderful homely feel with plenty of space for us as a family of four. It was private, and far enough off the road that we felt safe with our 1 & 4 year olds. Kennys is in a great location. Troulos beach is just over the hill, which if you can tolerate the heat, in walking distance! And a family favourite the Lido water park is just up the road. Kos town and Kefalos is the opposing directions around 25 mins in a car. The property had air con in the main living spaces and bedrooms, and so even during the hottest of days we had a cool escape. WiFi was strong and fast around the house and even reached near the pool. Both tvs worked and were smart tvs (although we didn’t really use them). The main bedroom is really huge, with a super king size bed and patio doors that open into the garden which was lovely in the mornings. Plenty of crockery and glassware to use, and a large fridge freezer! We loved Kennys estate and would rebook in a heartbeat thoroughly recommend to families and couples.
