“A secluded base from which to explore Tuscany”
The peace and seclusion was a welcome break. The village of Quiesa has an excellent bar (great pastries and espressos), and there is a well stocked supermarket a 20 minute walk away. The retreat has everything you need kitchen wise. Eating, cooking and washing all outdoors takes a bit of getting used to, but there are no surprises, it is as it is in the pictures. The property is easy to find and there is a bus and a train (not so frequent but frequent enough) that means the property is easily accessible by public transport.

Wonderful place! Robert the owner was so kind and helpful. The people in the village (shops, restaurants, cafe and vineyard etc) were all so lovely to us. Great relaxing place away from other holiday makers!

Great place. We booked it like a treat for only one night stay on our trip around Italy. A bit pricier for us. But we loved it. Great self check in. All you need is there. Option to have BBQ, just buy your coal (we found one in the local shop). It is all yours to enjoy. In a little charming town. We were worried it would be too hot in the tent, but even in this summer heat, we had great sleep.
