The staff were so gracious obliging and hands on to deal with every request and even those made after having left. Local recommendations made were on point. Very comfortable sharing arrangement with teenage daughter who would have complained if not so. Would say accommodation given was like an apartment but without a kitchen. Cooked breakfast orders taken upon request to supplement a very adequate continental breakfast. Own ranch eggs used Lovely welcoming selection of animals at ranch.

The accommodation was beautifully located in the middle of nature. It was very calm and peaceful. The owners were very caring and had good attention to detail. Our 2-year-old really enjoyed his time here, Marco even took him to see their many livestock.

The hosts were amazing - so accommodating and friendly. They even dropped us at our wedding venue around the corner as we didn’t have a car. Highly recommend!

The radius horse ranch was a perfect place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. Chiara and Marco were so welcoming and accommodating. They provided us with a cot for our baby and our room had plenty of space with air conditioning. There is a huge refreshing pool (with shaded areas) and a perfect communal area to prepare food and eat breakfast that is provided each morning (including a delicious homemade cheesecake if you're lucky!!). Would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back one day soon.

We spent five nights at Radius Horse Ranch in May and had a wonderful stay. The ranch is located in the countryside near Todi, in a peaceful and fairly isolated spot, which makes it an excellent base for exploring this part of Umbria. Our hosts, Chiara, and Marco were warm, welcoming, and—importantly—spoke excellent English. Thanks to Chiara, we learned a lot about the area and also heard some fascinating stories about their personal journey from city life to running a ranch in the Umbrian hills, which really enriched our experience. The rooms were decent, with good plumbing and everything functioning well. That said, they could benefit from some small improvements—such as adding a wardrobe, a wall mirror, and a few finishing touches to make the space more comfortable and practical. The property features a large swimming pool, which unfortunately we couldn’t use due to the cool weather in May. Breakfast was nice, with fresh eggs straight from the farm. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would rate this place 9.5 out of 10.

Owners were very helpful,friendly and were keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Very relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful countryside. Quirky rooms,very clean,lovely showers,hot and powerful. Fab cakes/pastries at breakfast.
