“Waited 15 minutes for receptionist to show up. Pathetic.”
They have remodelled much of the hotel, but it is such poor quality work it is a pity. A little attention to detail would help - it could be very nice if they just did it properly. The photos show my newly decorated room's door stop. And the reception area restroom - a plastered over door, and architrave installed by a three year old. There are endless examples of this shoddy work!!!
