My child and I stayed here for a month. The property boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to the beach and train station, and it's also very convenient to travel to central Barcelona. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with free parking available, which is especially great for families with a car. The interior is well-equipped, offering a comfortable living experience. Any minor issues we encountered during our stay were addressed and resolved by the landlord promptly. The landlord is a wonderful person, and our stay here felt just like home. The only small downside is that the building's exterior was under renovation during our stay, so we couldn't fully enjoy the spacious L-shaped terrace. I’m sure it would be a delightful experience to sit on the terrace and have a cup of coffee or tea once the renovation is completed.

lovely location. nice owner keeps in touch and helps you as much as can . just a shame no view from the balcony . everything you need for a self catering apartment just take tea towels
