These private homes are located in South Mashpee, just 3 miles from Cape Cod’s white beaches. The property features an indoor pool and each home has a full kitchen. The bright guest houses at Cape Cod Holiday Estates are furnished with a private patio. Guests can relax in the spa bath or watch a DVD in the living area. The kitchen is complete with an oven, full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Tennis, basketball shuffleboard courts are part of this Cape Cod property. Barbecue facilities and a children’s playground are also available. The Cape Cod Children's Museum is 1 mile from Holiday Estates Cape Cod. Bobby Byrne's Pub and several other restaurants are within a 10-minute drive.

This place charged me again upon check-in even though they already charged me in full at the time of booking. I had to explain to them twice in person and showed them the prior charge on my credit card to receive a refund of the second charge. The place itself is decent but overpriced. Our friends stayed at a nearby resort for 60% of the price with pretty much the same room/facilities.
