We booked hotel 2 day before we stay here. We really upset on the serive. Once we reach there, the staff say filled booked but don't knows why booking.com still take

The house keeper is not so friendly. Once, during my checkout, He was doing house keeping at others room and he put the trolley in the middle of the alleyway where’s only one person can walking through at one time. I cant walk through with my luggage and bag. After calling several times and said ‘excuse me’, that guy showing completely unsatisfied face. Maybe he should learn and showing some good attitude and manner toward customer
