“Overall, the house has potential and is budget-friendly, but it needs an urgent deep clean and profe”
While this property is offered at an affordable price and features a private lift which was very convenient for moving luggage, the rest of the stay was quite poor. The unit feels much older than the photos suggest and suffers from a total lack of maintenance.

Spacious apartment with great location. Just that air-condition and toilets need maintenance. Check-in instructions are not very clear, but the security guard is very helpful. Other than that, we're very happy with the 2 nights stay in this apartment.

The house is very big, but it's not worth it because the living room is very dirty, with dust everywhere, giving the feeling that it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Also, there are cockroaches in the room's trash can. Next time, please take care of the cleanliness.

The sofa was not in good condition.. one of the toilet was unable to lock. The owner need to find a solution for customer to take the card from locker as cant enter the main entrance to post box to take card and guard refuse to come and open the door.
