I can mention staff by name. Colleen, Aryn, Laconia and Makala all were exceptional. Didn't know the housekeeping crew by name but, they were awesome.

“Unfortunately I will not stay there again. I am disappointed in the Marriott employees!”
Meh…not much on this trip. The front desk folks were less than personable. When the fire alarm went off at 2:45 am and the fire department came there were no sirens at all and we asked if we could return to our room the night desk clerk specifically said “it’s ok. There is a short in the fire alarm on the 4th floor and fire department couldn’t find it. So the alarm company is sending someone to fix it.” My husband and I were in shock and disbelief that an employee would tell a guest it was ok to return to our room when the alarm was still sounding and there was a short in the building’s fire alarm system!!! Not likely I will return to that location.
