the front desk seemed to be disorganized. checking in was ok, but as the one agent was working a long time with a guest, the other agent behind the semi-closed door (while looking at us) could have come out to assist myself and the third guest in line. and, as I needed to check out 1 day early, the agent that morning could not create a receipt either in print or online and i am still waiting for a copy. i had also informed that agent the night before, that I was checking out early.
