“Nice Apartment in Martil”
The location was excellent and we felt very secure there as we had our own car. The neighbours children came out to talk to us and made us feel very welcome. Abderrahim was constantly checking that we were ok. His assistant Mrs Olyia could not have done more for us, she took the time to show us everything on arrival and on departure she brought her husband and beautiful daughter to meet us, we were only sorry that we had everything packed away that we couldn't offer them some tea. If we needed to stay in Martil again we would definitely stay here.

An exceptional stay. The apartment is spotless, beautifully arranged, and extremely comfortable. Everything is perfectly maintained, from the fully equipped kitchen to the immaculate linens. The air conditioning works flawlessly, and each room feels calm, elegant, and welcoming. The secure private parking is a real advantage, and the quiet location is close to shops and the city center. The building is very well maintained, adding to the overall comfort and peace of mind. In short, a refined and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and well-maintained upon our arrival: comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, functional bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi connection. Unlike some reviews we had read, we found the place to be clean, welcoming, and pleasant. The residence is secure 24/7 with a guard, calm, and family-friendly, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city. Having a private parking space inside the residence is also a real advantage for those traveling by car. As for the location, while the beach is not right next to the residence, it is only a few minutes away by car. The neighborhood is also well connected, with shops, cafés, and supermarkets nearby — offering the perfect balance between tranquility and city life. Finally, a special mention to the host: he is truly exceptional, always available, responsive, and genuinely attentive to guests’ comfort. You can feel that he puts his whole heart into welcoming travelers. In short: this is an ideal place for a family holiday, a trip with friends, or a couple’s getaway — combining comfort, safety, calm, and proximity to the sea. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

Close to all amenities, free parking with secure cctv camera. The host is very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend it
