Lovely hotel in a spectacular location beneath the towering cliffs of Gluges, a short stroll down to the Dordogne. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a good restaurant. We had an excellent meal there on our first night. Highly recommended

The location was delightful at the foot of cliffs and a few minutes from the river . Hotel also had a good swimming pool and provided generous towels for the pool The staff were friendly and helpful .

Quaint small hotel in a quiet location near the Dordogne River

“A delightful spot and well worth a visit.”

The hotel was beautifully located in a small hamlet right under the cliffs, not too far from the famous Rocamadour. It had a delightful garden and a very pretty outlook, full of sunlight and singing birds. The decor inside is fairly basic, but clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The food was good and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff were particularly kind and helpful.

Nicely ran hotel in a beautiful location

Beautiful setting, lovely pool and jacuzzi. The staff were so lovely and helpful and they made our stay even more memorable. Very good dinner enjoyed on the lovely terrace in the evening. We hope to visit again!

We had a great stay. Lovely location and grounds. The hotel had a wonderful pool that we spent a few hours enjoying. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location right under the cliffs and next to the Dordogne River. Lovely swimming pool - my kids loved it and cooled us all down. We had an amazing meal on the terrace, not only did the look incredible but it tasted amazing. The staff were also very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back

V friendly and helpful owners and wonderful full length pool with comfortable sun loungers and changing and loo facilities.dinners and breakfasts perfect and owners went out of their way to provide fresh pan fried foie gras on second night. Nothing was too much for them

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The room with terrace was ideal, it was a shame we couldn't have enjoyed it more due to the rain. The meal in the restaurant was first class. We would not hesitate in staying again

A good quiet location, large room with a large terrace. A very good value for the price that we paid.

“Quiet retreat on the Dordogne”

Loved the location under the cliffs. Gluges has some semi-troglodyte dwellings. Loved the hotel's outdoor space..... bar, patio, pool, garden. Fantastic that it was so close to the river Dordogne where we had swim at Gluges 'plage'. Great for canoeing on the Dordogne. Restaurant was pretty good too.
