Breakfast was excellent! Nice facilities and it felt safe.

“Nice Family Hotel”

The pool, the Petanque area and all the games for the children. Gym is small but basics are there. Staff are friendly and professional. The shuttle was perfect to avoid 15 min walking to Longchamp, especially with kids. The bus driver was lovely !

Football table.. pool table, Girl at reception, very welcoming and really tired her best speaking in English. Guy at the bar was very pleasant also. Not all staff as enthusiastic tho. This place has the potential to be great, it's not there or anywhere near it!

“I’ve never experienced this sort of issue, stupidity but most of all lack of respect to English.”

NOTHING. As we were arriving early for a football match, we arrived before check in time (arrived at lunch time and couldn’t check in till 4pm we knew this so the receptionist who was working when we arrived to let us store our bags in the luggage room and promised the keys would be left at security and we would find the security around reception. It was midnight nearly by the time we arrived after the football and no where to be seen was a security person. So I asked the woman at the bar where they was and explained it to her and she looked me up and down like total s**t and mumbled this isn’t her issue and threw a bit of paper with a number on saying to ring it and find out, when all I wanted to know was where the keys were to my room after a long long day I wanted my bed. I rang the number I was giving and a woman answered, I explained it all to her and she was very rude and no help what so ever. When I sat this. I’m not over exaggerating. The woman not only absolutely useless, she was also rude to a paying customer who was promised security waiting in the hotel after a long day. The woman was no help, hung up & then we then searched all over inside and out asking for help where to find a security guard for an hour & finally at 1am a man comes walking out the Bushs and it was the security finally!!!! He laughed, give us the keys and then we headed for the rooms to get a nights sleep after the stress of everything, to then arrive at the rooms for no keys to work and then proceed to wait another half an hour for him to let us in with a new one. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t come back again. Would have been straight back if it wasn’t for the rudeness and stupidity and lack of sense in the workers. I deserve compensation for being in a room 4 hours cause of this situation

Great value for the stay. Free parking, great location, friendly staff and spacious room. Free access spa. The dinner buffet was surprisingly very good with wine included.

They have a lovely relaxing garden which was great for spending time with family. Also the staff are helpful.

The property is in a seedy location, but has great security and is gated. The best thing about staying here is the food. Lunch is €18 and dinner is €22. The dining staff are superb, as is the food choice and variety, lots of fresh, healthy options. Both lunch and dinner include wine and water, salads, cheeses, hot foods, desserts and coffee.

Facilities were amazing, lots of events going on everyday. Kids had lots of activities to keep themselves busy. The place is like a vacation club with activities geared towards kids and families.

The good was very good, and reasonable Price in general. I liked all the activities and the employees are very nice. Really Liked the excursions planned and the kids club activities.

Very good, happy with our stay! Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff! Easy check-in and check-out!🙂

Great place to relax, with a nice pool and area for young kids. A nice play area too. Very family friendly.

Scrambled eggs are rare to find. Also 6 eggs to boil in same time but there are 100 guests.
