“Lovely, modern hotel.”
Very nice hotel with pool. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking on premises which I would recommend if you have a car. The location is great, very close to public transport. I recommend this hotel :)

“Excellent, superb!”
Everything! The receptionist we met on our arrival was so lovely, so kind and so patient. I came with my autistic 8 year old and she was so pleasant to him and was patient with him and attended to his plenty demands with a smile. She was so helpful as well and made us feel extra welcome. If I am ever in Marseille again, I shall be staying at this hotel.

“Extremely disappointing”
The best thing about the whole hotel was Ryan on Reception. Without him we would still be stuck in the wrong carpark.

“Great choice for cost-benefit and comfort, if you don't mind a bit of a hassle in the breakfast.”
The hotel is in a modern building and located within walking distance of a metro station just five stops from the old harbour area next to the cathedral, so it's a good cost-benefit to escape the higher prices in the city centre, and still have ease of movement around the city. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and modern, each with a king-size bed and four pillows. The bathroom was great, perfect water temperature and pressure. The breakfast had the distinction of an on-site cook who took warm meal orders from a short menu included without additional cost, which is not common for this price range. The rest was a good continental breakfast with plenty of options.
