The third floor apartment is quite new. It’s well presented and very clean and comfortable with lovely views over the little yacht harbour and Étang du Thau. Near to restaurants on the Port and town centre. There’s a lift and private parking too.

This is an excellent apartment. Great marina view, close to the great restaurants of Marseillan Plage. It's extremely well equipped with good quality furniture and utensils. It was spotlessly clean. We received a warm welcome from our hosts when we arrived who were there to greet us by arrangement. They explained everything to us and were there again to collect the keys on departure. Convenient parking in a parking area secured by a barrier. We had a great week in this apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The location, the view, secure, garaging under the apartment, very handy to the village and the Port which are excellent tourist attractions, close to the beach. The hosts provided advice and guidance on how to get to the property from the airport and railway station and met us upon arrival to explain the facilities.

The apartment is great and looks just like the pictures. Carine and her husband made sure it is equipped with everything you might need for a long stay. Loved the beautiful view! The location is quiet, yet close to the port, restaurants, and shops. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really felt at home. Communication with the hosts was easy and warm — we would happily stay here again.

Fabulous apartment with lift access and stunning views of the Marina. Beautifully curated, comfortable and every need thought through. Fantastic large balcony for dining and relaxation. All kitchen appliances integrated and utensils / crockery provided. Washing machine, large shower and plenty of storage space for clothes and bags. Great quality bed linen and towels. First class experience and will return for sure.

In my many years of coming to Marseillan in France I've not discovered anything as good as this. Excellent facilities, very clean, comfortable, thoughtful extras, and in a wonderful location overlooking the marina and lake. Owners Carine and Patrice are a delight too, giving me a warm welcome and offering any help needed (none was).

This was self catering for the week. The facilities lacked for nothing. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable and our hosts made sure every need was catered for. No hesitation in recommending.

Carine and her husband were extremely helpful and friendly, collecting me late in the evening from the train station and showing me how the keys, heating, etc worked. Carine had thought of absolutely everything that might needed, even a welcome bottle of wine (thank you!). I did not have to buy any of the basics for kitchen, bathroom or cleaning, only needing to top up the coffee supplies at the end of my stay. The wifi worked perfectly. Security for the building was very good, and I appreciated somewhere safe to lock up my bike. The hosts live close by and offered to help anytime I needed it. Merci Carine pour un tres bon sejour!
