The facilities, everything you need for a home to home stay. The location is perfect. The neighbours were all super friendly. The cable TV was a bonus.

Everything was perfect! In real life, the house is even better than in the photos. It has four floors and a very interesting layout. Very cozy, with a lot of attention to details that make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the roof is wonderful. Communication with the host was instant whenever I had any questions, and he was always ready to help. I will definitely come back here again. I’m delighted!

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable and warm... especially as it was mid February. Convient for public transport. Buy a weekly ticket at the airport and travel both islands unlimited.

Great location. Easy parking just outside for most of our stay. Other street parking available anyway. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had plenty of room, and the bed was lovely and comfortable. We hardly used the A C, but imagine it would be good in the summer!

“Unique property conveniently situated and with a fabulous harbour view.”

We had a great few days here at the beginning of March and loved staying in such a unique property. What a wow factor looking out from the roof terrace over the harbour! A short walk from everything we wanted to see in Marsaxlokk. We were able to park right outside, and there’s a car park a few minutes walk away if you aren’t quite so lucky. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The location is very nice, right on the seafront. The best part of all was the rooftop terrace with views of the beautiful harbour. The town of Marsaxlokk is a nice place to stay with many restaurants and a daily market.

Unfortunately, we're back today. Overall we are very pleased with the whole stay. Communication with the hosts is excellent. Here, I would like to thank you very much for organizing a taxi (from the airport and to the airport) - everything went smoothly and on time. The apartment is very tastefully-esthetically and thoughtfully furnished. Every little thing makes sense. I travel a lot, so I've lived in many places. Comparing, I can say that this is the best and nicely organized apartment. It is very well and tastefully equipped. Someone may miss a washing machine. Very interesting are the stairs connecting all 4 floors. I have to say it's a bit "sporty". The location of the house is great. You can get around without a car. Bus stop to Valletta and other destinations 2 mins from the house. And picturesque Marsaxlokk......I highly recommend staying in this place and apartment. “Lovely house for a chilled holiday”

We stayed for just over a week here and glad we did, an unusual property and a lovely village. As others mention and the photos show the house is over several floors with a pretty tight spiral staircase (49 steps from bottom to top, we counted!) with Ground floor - Kitchen and separate toilet First floor - Living room Second floor - Bedroom with shower, basin & toilet Third floor - small countertop area and fridge (no water) and rooftop with chairs/table The most difficult bit was getting our larger suitcases upstairs, after that it was fine especially if you remember to check you have what you need before you leave a room! The house has everything you need and some nice touches like stoppered bottles so you can easily transport water up to the roof for tea/coffee. Everything was spotlessly clean and easy to keep that way, although we didn't do any real cooking as there are so many good restaurants close by. Buses were easy to use to Valletta & the airport and always on time for us. We didn't use a taxi but there always seemed to be plenty around. There is a larger Spar supermarket on the road out of town to Valletta (10/15 minutes walk) plus a mini market and bakery on the way to the Spar on the road behind the sea front. Or if you are walking round the harbour there is another mini market on the road between Tartarun & Unico restaurants at the other end (5/10 minutes walk).

We did self-check-in, sadly didn't meet the host, but the arrival procedure was very easy. The whole house is very modern and nicely decorated while keeping its charm. The small "kitchen upstairs" is very practical and the balcony just magnificient. Location is perfect.
