The apartment was clean, modern, and in a good location. The only issue was that reconstruction work was being carried out on the building, so the balcony wasn’t very clean. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Not the owner’s fault however just note that the lift is not working so if you have luggage you need to go up 3 flights of stairs and there is construction still going on the facade therefore the balcony is obstructed.

“Enjoyable long weekend with the family”
The location is great, just 2 minutes away from the Marsalforn Promenade. Parking is also easy, at least during this time of the year.

“It was terrible....7 weeks of living in a working building site. We'll never return here...ever”
It was impossible to make any use at any time of the veranda. The noise and dust from the apartment renovation that was going on across the road was quite frankly inexcusable and quite beyond any level of tolerance. At no time were we ever informed that it would be like is was. We were there to be on holiday...not to be wakened at 7am by a Pneumatic Drill, Only on a Sunday was it quiet. To add insult to injury we were further disturbed by the erection of scaffolding all along the front of the apartment. This took 5 days of thump, bang, crash, wallop
