Everything. The grand maison has been beautifully and lovingly decorated inside with works of art everywhere you look. The outdoor patios, pool and grounds are spacious and peaceful- a delightful place to unwind and relax. Our breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented and we could not have asked for anything more.

We stayed here for one night 8 days previously so please read my detailed review in conjunction with this one. What I appreciated this time was when Bruno offered us a hot drink as we sat out on our terrace for our self catered evening meal. He brought us coffee in Limoges porcelain cups and saucers. These are from the same set that is displayed in a cabinet in the breakfast room. We appreciate the finer things in life and it is good to see this beautiful porcelain not only being displayed but used as well.

The mixture of new and old art in every room was tasteful as were the soft furnishings mostly renovated by Roberto who is a real artisan. The whole experience was wonderful

“It should be a National Treasure that everyone should visit at least once”

Many superlatives have already been written in previous reviews and we can only confirm that it is an outstanding place to stay. Bruno and Roberto have created a home for themselves where every room is a design masterpiece. We would be happy to own any of the works of art on display and the porcelain and glassware to be found everywhere you look is of very fine quality. I have never visited anywhere so spotlessly clean; the glassware sparkles with not a sign of dust anywhere. There is so much on display it must be a full time job to keep clean. Because there is so much to see you really need another visit to take in the small details and we are fortunate to be returning here for another overnight stay on our way back to the UK. If you are English speaking, that is not a problem, as Bruno, whom we mostly dealt with, is fluent in English

What a dream - we had a fantastic stay! Bruno et Roberto are the perfect hosts and make you feel at home since the very first moment. They‘ve thought through every detail of their maison, which captures a refined balance between classic heritage and modern deco. Too many highlights to list them all - but the homemade croissants and chouquettes were a delight!
