The staff weren't friendly at all. The restaurant at breakfast closes at 10 am without giving a notice to the guests taking breakfast inside they remove the food at 10 am sharp and when you ask about something they reply no take from outside and in a very bad manner

Love the beach it was crystal clear almost no waves at, absolutely beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Service was fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and spacious. I loved the stay. I will definitely repeat it.

“No value for money and no ethics. I never come back.”
Deapite specifically asking for a pool vuew room, and despite receiving a confirmed email through Booking that the hotel agreed to my request, at the check in time the hotel staff refused to provide a pool view room and denied the message. They said that the message is probably for confirmation about the arrival time (which needed no confirmation as we arrived at 2 PM). This kind of cheating and inappropriate behavior was very sad, and I had to pay 6000 Egyptian Pounds extra to the hotel to get access to a pool view room at ground floor. One more thing i noted that the hotel provided Egyptian customers with a brown hand bracelet while foreign customers are given other colors, this is weirdo and very concerning as if the hotel impose its discrimination tool on clients. No value for money and no ethics. I never come back.
