“Relaxed”
Staff was amazing very dedicated to the hotel working as one family, solved the issue promptly made our stay very enjoyable, all thanks to Menna Hatem (Guest relations supervisor) and also Mr.Karim the Room division manger. Both were very keen that our stay was going well and smoothly.

“Excellent, luxury, comfortable, relaxing.”
Everything was excellent from food, service, facilities to the customer relations manager Nada who was always available to make anything happen quickly and ensure a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an affordable and 5* break this is the place for you. If anything is ever missing they are quick to solve and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. I was sick from an off site restaurant and was thoroughly looked after by the hotel and could not be more thankful to the medical team, management and nada.

Restaurants not easily booked with very limited selection and high prices with no exceptional quality mainly the fish Restaurant The room TV was old with limited choices of channels Need more activities at night for families
