“Exceptional stay for relaxing days”
Everything from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff or beach personnel. Greeted with smile in every corner of the resort, amazing views and excellent service made our stay one of the greatest we've ever had. Clean spatious room with amazing view, richness and diversity of the breakfast and dinner buffet, and clear crystal water are some of the top aspects to be mentioned. Everything at the location has a good maintanance even showers on the pool/beach area. Great services guys! reasonable prices as well. Can't wait to return for another vacation

“Awful. This is not a 5 star. I left after the first night”
This hotel was promoted on your website as a 5-star. For the amount I paid, I was expecting something similar to a Four Seasons but even better. This ended up being the biggest daylight robbery, the fee that was charged is beyond offensive. This place is a three star at best and is used primarily by mass tour operators

The room was excellent. Very clean and tidy and room service was good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and resolved any problems straight away. The buffet Breakfast and Dinner was really nice. Lots of variety and nice food. The facilities were very good. Nice pools, gym and beach easily accessible. All the staff were great and management great. Customer Service very high. We would definitely like to come back again and have recommended to friends and family.

Everything is great! The staff is friendly and polite. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The grounds are neat and tidy. But the price could be a little less. I was especially surprised that you have to pay extra for playing billiards. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel was great. It was the cleanest and most hygienic hotel in Egypt where I have ever been. The stuff was great. Especially Omar, Eslam, Gerges and the other people from the lobby bar did a perfect job. The drinks are really good and also the coffee! We preferred to sit there for our drinks!
