“An excellent stay in a beautiful hotel.”

Room was good with efficient air conditioning. There was a balcony which looked out over the restaurant roof, but it was too hot to sit out on it. The pool was excellent but the rules regarding placement of towels were not enforced. The hotel is situated in lovely grounds a 15 minute walk from the main square.

We loved our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The garden—and its charming residents—was a wonderful surprise and added so much character to the experience. The location is excellent, and the food was truly amazing. We also really appreciated the focus on sustainability. The room and pools match the description. If we return to Marrakech, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

The food selection was very nice. The highlight of the hotel is the garden and the very good lovation.

I've known Houda for 2 years, from a previous trip to Marrakech, and now when I went back I found and recognized her at Tui Blue. I loved it because Houda is a 5-star professional. Attentive and pleasant 😍

So much to do, great day and night in terms of entertainment and activities. Foods amazing and drinks. Real nice hotel, Michael the entertainment and the lifeguard were the best! Hotel is 5 min walk from soukes and 10 to the square.

Perfect location, wonderful staff special shout out to Zahira in the restaurant always greeting with her beautiful smile and lovely manner Also Amid in the bar who looked after us so well and always with a smile, along with Hasan (I think ) tall with glasses we are grateful to them both. The food is of good quality and a beautiful room The Moroccan people are lovely where ever you go.

The location of the hotel is great to visit the beautiful city center. Enough parking for our rental car, all the guests come by bus. The beds were comfy.

Swin up suite was one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Access to a private stretch of 'warm, clear water' was such a luxury. The staff were excellent, the best service I've seen for a long while. All very friendly and nothing is too much - in every area. The food was amazing - never had any issues with upset tummy etc. The Merdina Gardens and teh peacock were just amazing. A beautiful oasis a stones trhrow form the chaos of Marrakesh! Th eCulinarium - à la carte restaurant was a class above the buffet but the buffet was more authentic - so two excellent choices for lunch and dinner. There a 2 fabulous pools, sunbeds everywhere - full sun and shade - a gym and many bars so you're never short of a cold drink throughout the day. The all inclsuive draft beer and wine was very pallateable - white wine + an ice cube was my drink of choice for lunch and dinner. The whole hotel is securely locked down. A security gate, metal dector scanner and all vehicles are checked with under mirrors etc. So the hotel is super safe - not that it feels lioke it needs to be becaus ethe streets outside also feel very safer (safer than London or most cities in the UK that's for sure!).
