The staff was excellent Khalil on reception was very helpful and Khalufa the guy who is on reception was all Laura smiling and helpful. Rooms very clean be as beautiful balcony in our room the restaurant Peness was nice moral and Abdullah the coffee guy were brilliant always served with a smile

“Nice short stay in a great location”
A big thank you to check in staff Omima and Khalid, they were very accommodating upon check in and were very friendly, smiley and helpful. Located close to the airport, central location to restaurants, attractions, atm etc. well presented and clean.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Stars Hotel in Marrakech and honestly could not fault the experience. The staff in every department were absolutely exceptional and made the holiday so special. A special mention to Hasna, Oumayma and Mehdi who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. All of the restaurant staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive, and the two gentlemen providing the traditional music each evening created such a lovely atmosphere. The cleaners were brilliant and kept everything spotless, while the gentleman who looked after the pool was one of the friendliest people we met - always smiling, helpful and genuinely cared that guests were enjoying themselves. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any member of staff. We also booked excursions through Emile, who was an absolute gentleman. Every trip was extremely well organised and genuinely fantastic. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Thank you to everybody at the hotel for such a memorable stay in Marrakech - we will definitely return.

“Lovely modern hotel 30 min walk from Medina”
Great modern hotel, in a really safe location. Staff were all friendly & inviting. Our friends went for the couples Hamman spa that was great value & they highly recommended it. Large superior rooms with comfy beds. The hotel had rose petals & a beautiful display for my wife & I anniversary upon arrival.

Staff was fantastic! So accommodating and helpful. I felt very safe and like at home from the first day. Location was great. Loads of cafes and shops near by. Rooms were cleaned daily and it was very neat and clean. Loved cute little roses on bed.

The hotel was very nice, in a good location, plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks and was very nice. Staff were amazing and did everything they could to help. They were very informative and the manager, Hasna, deserves special credit. Her English was very good and she was very extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She is a credit to the hotel.

Excellent and helpful staff. Hasna and Mustapha were both so helpful. Always smiling, welcoming and willing to do whatever possible to keep the guests comfortable. Location is perfect and central to all things. Amazing food places around. Facilities were good despite being quite a small hotel.
