A beautiful riad located right by the entrance to the heart of the medina, yet peaceful and away from the noise and crowds. We were kindly upgraded to a better room than the one we had booked. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The interiors are stunning, and both the spa and pool are excellent. The breakfast was also very good. We will definitely be returning here — especially since we had stayed at another riad before that did not meet our expectations. Rating: 10/10

“A wonderful Riad, in a great location!”

It was such a lovely Riad to stay in, in a fantastic location to the souks, which are on the doorstep and a 15 minute walk to the main square. The pool area was perfect, with sun facing it all day and never too busy. The staff simply make this stay - the rooms are cleaned to an excellent standard each day, every one smiles and is helpful to anything you need, water is given upon return each evening, breakfast is prepared and set up for you in a brilliant way every day. We were allowed to use the pool area on our last day due to a 9pm flight and offered a room to shower prior to leaving for the airport - a really lovely offer. It’s one of the higher rates compared to other Riads but the quality of Riad, pool access & service justifies that increase. This is the first place I would return to if I was to return to Marrakesh. A wonderful, vibrant city in which as two females we felt safe the whole time.

The location was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was clean and very spacious. The pool area looks much larger in the photos. It’s much more intimate and private which we really liked!

The staff was very kind and welcoming, both at the reception and the housekeeping staff. Every evening they lit candles on the terrace, which created a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel truly felt like an oasis of calm in busy Marrakech. We had a few small technical issues in the room, but the reception handled them quickly and efficiently. The bed was also very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Beautiful Riad, the rooms are amazing! The staff are so friendly and the location is excellent, right at the edge of the Souks. Excellent selection of food for breakfast, lots of fresh fruit and selection of cakes, pancakes, rotis etc. Coffee could be stronger, but there are a lot of cafes serving strong coffee, so not a big issue. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We did an Atlas Mountain tour and organised it via the Riad. Our driver was so friendly and informative and he also drove us around the next day to the Palace and the Majorelle gardens and then the next day to the airport. So it was nice to have a local person showing us around and telling us lots of great info about the city and Morocco.

The hammam and massage services were outstanding—authentic, deeply relaxing, and wonderfully indulgent. Exactly the kind of spa experience you come to Morocco hoping for (and then some). And then there’s breakfast—The breakfast buffet is generous, fresh, and beautifully presented, with so many options to choose from. A truly wonderful stay! We visited with our one-year-old and were genuinely touched by how well we were cared for. Ahmed, the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — his warmth, attention to detail, and proactive help really set the tone. Every member of the team was kind, thoughtful, and especially attentive to our child’s needs. The location was perfect: close enough to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech to walk everywhere easily, yet tucked away so beautifully that we enjoyed complete peace and quiet. It felt like the best of both worlds. We’ve experienced exceptional hospitality in many places, including Asia, but Palais Blanc truly stood out. We left feeling cared for and grateful, and can’t recommend it highly enough.
