Excellent accommodations in the heart of Medina. The property is well-maintained, and the staff, Abdul and Samir, go above and beyond for you! They serve a large breakfast. If you want to have a real Moroccan experience, you must stay here.

Everything about our experience at Riad Nelia was exceptional. The atmosphere, the decor, and the service were beyond expectations. I especially want to highlight the kindness and attentiveness of Abdolle, who made me feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Also, the hammam and massages with Hindt were absolutely incredible — one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you for making my stay in Marrakech unforgettable!

Highly recommend!! Lovely Riad and amazing staff that make you feel at home. The rooms were spacious and it was very clean, everywhere smelt like fresh oud. The pool in the middle was right next to our room and we used it to cool off, not very busy so we enjoyed it. The staff laid out breakfast every morning catering to our individual needs, it was a good selection and the fresh orange juice and mind tea was impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay the satff made sure we were looked after and safe at all times. Asmaa and Yousef were both extremely helpful and truly made it all a wonderful experience.

Absolutely beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina – a peaceful oasis with a stunning courtyard and small pool. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt welcome from the first moment. Perfect location to explore the Medina on foot. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing and so helpful nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room and the facilities were fabulous. The Riad is very close to pick up points for taxis. The Bahia Palace and The Badii palace are close by it is great location.

“Exceptional Hospitality”
Staff goes above and beyond for you. Always friendly and helpful. We had our credit cards forgotten in the property and they sent to our home by post. Rooms are cleaned and organized everyday with new fresh towels. The hotel is well decorated and well located. The rooms are silent. Air conditioning worked silent as well. Breakfast had all the basics with an Arabic touch and menu was slightly changed everyday. Overall one of the best experiences I had with a hotel.
