Everything. Fantastic setting perfect after a busy day in the souks. The staff make this place a delight to be there. Massages and food all great. You are truly missing out if you don’t go there. Honestly this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely beautiful riad and people. A paradise awaits from the busy Marrakesh streets. Beautiful large rooms with very comfortable bedding and furnished tastefully with local handicrafts. Every member of staff treats you like family, so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The heated spa pool is divine and the rooftop plunge pool is the perfect place to cool off. Breakfast was a highlight of the day. Probably one of our best stays we've ever had around the world. They even treated my husband to a surprise birthday cake on his birthday.

I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The welcome and hospitality were truly outstanding and made all the difference. Even if the property had had some small imperfections (which it didn’t), the staff would have completely made up for it. What truly stands out is the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care of the entire team. I honestly don’t remember all the names, but every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. I do remember Maria, the massage therapist — she was so amazing that I honestly wanted to take her home with me! Truly exceptional. A special mention also goes to Amed, who works in the evening. As I was traveling alone with two young children and the property is located in a small, slightly hidden street, he was incredibly kind and came to pick us up for two consecutive evenings because I felt a bit uncomfortable walking alone. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. Also, the staff member in the morning who gave me directions was fantastic — really professional and helpful. I work in the hospitality industry myself, managing apartments in Rome, so I can truly recognize high-level service. What I experienced here was genuine, attentive, and exceptional hospitality — this is how it should be everywhere. I may not remember everyone’s name, but they were all absolutely amazing. Highly recommended — I would definitely come back! ✨

“Welcoming, friendly oasis with exquisite staff and beautiful decor”

We had an excellent stay - the communication was very responsive, taxi service and porter made getting to and from the riad painless. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, we were made to feel so welcome and given loads of advice on where to go and how to navigate. The location is very central, but peaceful and calm once inside. Food was delicious with a wide selection and a beautiful rooftop terrace. We had a fabulous massage and our rooms were tastefully decorated and felt very luxurious, with a huge bed. We would highly recommend a stay at this amazing riad, this is a very special place!

Our stay at this riad in Marrakech was a solid 10/10. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were even given a complimentary upgrade for my birthday, which made the experience extra special. The riad itself is absolutely stunning—without a doubt the most Instagrammable place I’ve ever stayed in. They made our stay here truly memorable. Breakfast was a beautiful traditional Moroccan spread with an amazing variety of options. The portions were generous and more than enough to start the day right.

“What an experience!”

An excellent experience from beginning to end! I’m glad we booked a taxi through the Riad, making sure we reached our destination safely through the labyrinth of narrow streets. The host gave us some great suggestions on how to spend our 3 days and we enjoyed a great hamam and massage in their little spa. Breakfast was tasty and we also enjoyed some lovely juicy drinks by the pools on the cosy rooftop. I’ve travelled extensively all over the world, but I’ve rarely left a place being baffled by the personal and kind service of the staff of this lovely riad. I will be back! - and then I’ll do the cooking class as well!

The staff has been extremely accommodating to my requests, which also included sourcing gluten-free pastries for breakfast. Said, the Assistant Manager, was beyond helpful. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable to rest after a long journey.
