A very warm welcome by the host/owner, lovely staff that couldn't do enough for you. The whole inside of the Riad was fascinating so many lovely areas and lounges and delicious in house food if you don't want to eat out. The bedrooms were all individually styled and no two areas of the Road are alike, it really is an eye opener and we would love to revisit in the future. Great location near the Medina too but easy also for taxis and trips etc.

What an amazing stay, the communication with them was excellent before we arrived and the owner greeting us upon arrival. I organised with them direct transfers from the airport which was easy and took the stress out of the journey. The staff were lovely and the room we had which was two bedroom and two bathrooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable with all we needed. The location is fantastic and as long as you have google maps you can navigate the souks/ medina easily. The roof top pool was a nice quiet retreat, the pool was small but perfectly suited for a dip and then a drink. This will be my go to Riad in the Medina if I came back again for sure !

The Riad dar Saad is absolutely beautiful. It feels small because of the architectural design (floors and rooms built around a central courtyard) and yet is quite large with numerous stunningly appointed sitting areas, all decorated in very traditional Moroccan wood and tile decor and a roottop terrace with many plants and seating areas, a small pool (which we were too busy to use) - and views of the city, of course. As we were three adults traveling, we chose a room that was like a small apartment (two bedrooms and a sitting area) which accommodated our desire for separate as well as communal areas. The breakfast dining area was elegant and the food ample and beautifully presented. Again, all the decor was elegant and really interesting. Everywhere there were paintings and photos on the walls that engaged the viewer. The staff was extremely accommodating. All our needs were met. When we had to leave early on our last day, they sent a packaged breakfast with us - which turned out to be very useful.

Staff was very friendly, made us feel like home. The building is gorgeous and food is delicious. The location is excellent, right by one of the entrances of the Medina, which makes it really easy to navigate inside or outside.

Everything, it was so pretty and beautiful and the staff were brilliant especially the waiters at the restaurant and pool area. The location was perfect and our room the Meskiya was lovely. Overall a fabulous experience.

Amazing staff, exceptionally helpful and friendly. Arranged a driver to take a trip to Ourika Valley and Abdullah and Ahmed were great. Location is perfect and the rooftop perfect to relax after exploring. We stayed in the two bed apartment and its perfect for friends or family

My first trip to Marrakech, but for sure not the last one. Riad Dar Saad was definitely one of the highlights. We loved the ambiance, the care we received. We really felt at home! An amazing place; highly recommended!

“Peaceful stay and friendly staff”

We loved our stay at the riad. The inside was absolutely beautiful, we loved the roof terrace and the small pool. The inside was stunning with lots of different areas to relax in. We loved the decor and the cozy fires. Our room was quiet, comfortable and large. The best thing was the staff! They were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always there to help and ask us about our day. On the last day a member of staff even walked us to our airport transfer as it was at 4am. The owner also met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the yummy breakfasts and seeing the cats and tortoise that live there. Thank you for an amazing stay, it felt like we were at home! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return one day.

“Authentic Riad in a great location”

Very authentic Riad with lovely living and dining areas with fireplaces in every room making for a very romantic atmosphere. The location was also great, just outside the Medina and the souks so it was peaceful at night but still just a stone throw away from the busiest places.

It was in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble.

The design was fabulous, we met the owner - professional architect and artist - you could say it straight away - every detail is unique, every angle of view is fantastic He also gave us the best advice on what to see (and avoid) in Marrakech. Breakfast was delicious, a la carte and unlimited. View from roof terrace we found best in Medina - better than highly advertised places. Location is also in the most designed/picturesque part of Medina

“A haven and oasis when you need a break from the buzz and crowds.”

The location is perfect and it is an oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina. We loved the decor and all the different areas to sit and relax. The roof terrace was a little oasis when the sun finally came out. The room was incredible - huge and very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and we ate in a couple of times and ate some delicious Moroccan food. The staff were always friendly and did all they could for us. Would also highly recommend the Hammab spa. Invigorating!
